It seemed that the Earth and the Vampire World had been cut of from each other for eternity - humanity was now safe from the depradations of the Wampyr. But this assumption has led to complacency, and while the monsters seem to have been vanquished, Harry Keogh - the World's saviour - is also dead. Only E-Branch - a motley collection of psychics and spies - remains as a safeguard. But now with Earth under attack again, the true heir to Harry's talent is known. But Jake Cutter is reluctant hero.
