Acerca del autor
Roumen Kountchev, Ph.D., D. Sc., is a professor at the Faculty of Telecommunications, Department of Radio Communications and Video Technologies at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. His scientific areas of interest are: digital signal and image processing, image compression, multimedia watermarking, video communications, pattern recognition, and neural networks. Prof. Kountchev has 450 papers published in magazines and conference proceedings; 20 books; 48 book chapters; and 20 patents. At present, he is a member of Euro Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences and the president of the Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (member of IAPR). He has been a plenary speaker at more than 30 international scientific conferences and symposia and edited several books published in Springer SIST series and was co-editor of Special issues for Symmetry MDPI.
Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is presently working as director of Interscience Institute of Management & Technology,Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised 32 Ph. D. Theses and more than 60 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published more than 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 3 text books and more than 100 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, ACM, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, SPIE, IOS Press and others. Dr. Patnaik is the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published by Inderscience Publishing House, England and also Editor-in-chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published by Springer, Germany. He is the Editor ofJournal of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering, published by Korean Institute of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering. Prof. Patnaik is a Guest Professor to Hunan University of Finance and Economics, Changsha and Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China and visiting professors to some of the B-Schools of Europe and South East Asia. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited various countries such as Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Algeria, Thailand and Vietnam for delivering Key note addresses at various conferences and symposiums.Yingkai Liu is the dean of the Institute of Physics and Electronic Information at Yunnan Normal University. He obtained his M.S. degree in condensed matter physics from Yunnan University in 1998 and PhD in condensed matter physics in 2002 from Nanjing University. He then did his postdoctoral research in the Center of Super-Diamond and Advanced Films (COSDAF) at City University of Hong Kong before joining Yunnan Normal University. He visited City University of Hong Kong from Sep. to Jun 2019 and Rice University from February to December 2018. His research interests include nanomaterial synthesis and characterization, and nanodevice fabrication for photodetectors, gas sensors, environment, and biomedical applications. Up to now, he has published 78 articles in the world-famous journals such as Advanced Materials, Advanced Optical Materials, Sensors and Actuators B, Applied Physics Letters, and Nanomaterials, etc. His papers were cited 1800 times by other people. Roumiana Kountcheva got her M.Sc. and Ph.D. at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, and in 1992, she got the title Senior Researcher. At present, she is the vice-president of TK Engineering, Sofia. She had postgraduate trainings in Fujitsu and Fanuc, Japan. Her main scientific interests are in image processing, image compression, digital watermarking, pattern recognition, image tensor representation, neural networks, CNC, and programmable controllers. She has more than 200 publications and 5 international patents (EU and USA). R. Kountcheva was the plenary speaker at 23 international scientific conferences and scientific events. She edited several books published in Springer SIST series and is a co-editor of Special issues for Symmetry MDPI.

Si es un consumidor, puede rescindir el contrato de acuerdo con lo siguiente. Por consumidor se entiende cualquier persona física que actúe con fines ajenos a su actividad comercial, empresarial, oficio o profesión.
Información sobre el derecho de desistimiento
Derecho legal de desistimiento
Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
