Advances in sophisticated and sensitive imaging techniques i.e. computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging helps in understanding of the normal structure of brain. According to the BurtonP Drayer6 enlargement of cerebrospinal fluid spaces during ageing in specific locations clearly visible with computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scans.
