Paperback. Los Angeles has stymied the O'Brians' hopes of fleeing once again, and wrought more destruction than any of them could have imagined. And in Oregon, it is not people who threaten the Tills and their friends, but nature herself in book 3 of FOLIANT. From 4-million-copy bestselling master of thrilling fiction Mike Kraus comes a new epic tale: FOLIANT.A nerve agent is deployed in cities across the country, and within hours tens of millions are dead - but the worst is yet to come. Caught in the middle of the attacks in Los Angeles, the vacationing O'Brian family barely survives by the skin of their teeth - but soon find themselves trapped in the midst of a city of the dead. The only way back to their family in Oregon is to go straight through the heart of the charnel house, a prospect that is easier said than done. Far to the north, in Oregon, the Tills family vineyard is spared the worst of the initial attacks - but the secondary effects may be their undoing as the world falls apart around them. For those in charge of the response, the attacks are evolving too quickly to predict, and the country's final undoing may be closer than anyone realizes as the terrible attacks have only just begun. FOLIANT is a thrilling 6-book series that blurs the line between technothriller, post-apocalyptic thriller and all-too-real possible predictor of the future. Written by 4-million-copy bestselling author Mike Kraus and published by Muonic Press, A Monument of Rust is book 3 in this epic series. ***** Mike Kraus and Muonic Press are the #1 best-selling and most prolific publishers of post-apocalyptic, thrilling fiction - for good reason. Since making his debut in 2012 with Final Dawn, a serial that sold over a quarter-million copies in the first year it was out, Mike Kraus has enraptured readers with his writing. Realistic characters, compelling storylines and a dedication to the highest possible quality have earned him over four million sales and counting. In addition to writing stories like Final Dawn, No Sanctuary, Surviving the Fall, Epoch's End and The End of All Things solo, Mike writes with a variety of co-authors such as Justin Bell, Stacey Upton, Mark Hunter, Stephanie Mylchreest and more.
