To summarise one's own knowledge, to analyse and tabu late the works of the great masters of old, may be very interesting to the cultured reader, but I have found it of very little assistance to the learner. The student finds the idiom of the past irksome and repellent; it is the ver hacular that he desires to learn: he does not wish to take as his models the unapproachable gods of antiquity, but his immediate contemporaries.

Efectos del desistimiento

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
