Could a little Christmas magic, the perfect winter storm, and a mistletoe kiss prove this “mismatch” is made in heaven?

Running a sprawling Colorado ranch in the dead of winter isn’t for the faint of heart. But I’ve long lived by the motto “cowboy up.” While grit might get me through tough times on the range, it doesn’t make being a widower and raising my daughter, Maddie, alone any easier…especially during the holidays.

When the local tourism bureau asks me to host a famous writer, Chanel Montgomery, I laugh and politely refuse. Apparently, the author’s researching her next series of cowboy romances. While this rancher may know a thing or two about cowboying, I’ve given up on love. Or so I think…

Turns out, Chanel’s more stubborn than the granite of the Colorado Rockies. The jaw-dropping blonde shows up at Heart’s Desire Ranch tailed by the worst blizzard in recent memory. Now, I’m stuck with the sunshiny literati who steals my breath and makes my pulse pound. We couldn’t be more mismatched—grumpy/sunshine, country/city, jaded/romantic, outdoorsy/bookish. But as the snow relentlessly falls, Chanel transforms our lonely ranch into pure Christmas magic. She steals Maddie’s heart and has me wondering: Is this Christmas “mismatch” meant to be?

If you like sweet cowboy romances where grumpy meets sunshine, opposites attract, and two lonely souls get a chance at forever, you’ll love Mistletoe Mismatch.
