Hardcover. "My Method" is a foundational text in the realm of modern self-help and psychological self-mastery. In this influential work, Emile Coue introduces the principles of conscious autosuggestion-a practice designed to harness the power of the subconscious mind to improve physical and mental well-being. Central to the book is the world-renowned formula, "Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better," which serves as the cornerstone of the Coue method. Through practical advice and accessible explanations, Coue explores how the imagination and the will interact, arguing that the mind holds an immense potential for self-healing. By replacing negative thought patterns with positive, deliberate suggestions, individuals can learn to overcome various ailments and enhance their overall quality of life. This work remains a vital resource for anyone interested in the history of psychology, the mind-body connection, and the early origins of positive thinking. "My Method" continues to inspire readers seeking to take control of their inner life and achieve personal growth through the simple yet profound tools of self-suggestion.This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
