Paperback. Picture this: You want to start a course in a foreign language, but you don't really think you have the ability to learn. You want to add physical activity to your routine, but you think you're too lazy and will soon give up. You feel like bringing up a subject with someone but think the person won't find it interesting. Sometimes, you don't even think about all this consciously, but there is a feeling there that prevents you from doing or continuing to do what you want to do. And then you're stuck. You feel like you can't leave your current situation, and you keep repeating the same cycle, the same problems. It's the financial life that doesn't improve, the relationships that seem like they're always the same, that shame and feeling of inadequacy when you're out in public or in social situations. Different day, the same problem. You keep looking at other people and wishing you were just like them; after all, everyone seems to handle things much better than you. You have a friend who speaks in public without feeling anxious, a colleague who looks like they are not ashamed to have fun, a self-confident neighbor who does great at work, and that stylish cousin in the way she dresses. And what about you? All you can see are your flaws. This book tries to help you make changes in your habits and life to help you achieve what you dream! This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
