183 pages (complete). Hand-numbered 793 of a limited edition of 900 copies. A stunning, shiveringly beautiful book for those interested in printing and books. The book has a clear cellophane protective cover. Stiff card covers with paper dustjacket. All are in wondrous condition. The contents were printed on Sommerville Laid and Zerkall Halbmatt papers. The wood engravings were printed from the wood, and the line blocks were made by Keene Engraving. The contents are able to make one gasp with pleasure. They are hand-pressed, the illustrations and other devices are tipped-in. The pages are gorgeous, creamy, thick, luxuriant in their elegance, very clean and very - as if brand new throughout.
