Y V Ravi Kumar is an Extraordinary Ability (EB1-A) Einstein Visa recipient from the United States of America, an Oracle Certified Master, a co-author, a mentor, a technical blogger, a frequent speaker in international conferences, and a technical reviewer. He is TOGAF-certified, has published 100+ technical articles, and is an Oracle Open/cloud speaker (x4). He is an IEEE Senior Member with 26+ years of multinational leadership experience in the USA, Seychelles, and India in banking, financial services, and Insurance (BFSI) verticals.
Ravi Kumar has co-authored four books: Oracle Database Upgrade and Migration Methods, Oracle High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Cloud Services, Oracle GoldenGate with MicroServices, and Oracle Global Data Services for Mission-Critical Systems. And he served as technical reviewer on five books: Oracle 19c AutoUpgrade Best Practices, Oracle Autonomous Database in Enterprise Architecture, End-to-End Observability with Grafana, Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA) with Oracle GoldenGate MicroServices in HUB Architecture, and The Cloud Computing Journey: Design and Deploy Resilient and Secure Multi-cloud Systems with Practical Guidance.

He hasspoken four times at Oracle Cloud/Open World (OOW) in Las Vegas/San Francisco, USA. And over the last decade, he has delivered technical sessions at Oracle user groups: IOUG, OCW, NYOUG, AUSOUG, AIOUG, UTOUG, SOUG, DOUG, and Quest Oracle Community.
Ravi Kumar has designed data centers and implemented mission-critical databases for core banking solutions for two major central banks in the world. Naresh Kumar Miryala is a highly experienced engineering leader with 20 years of industry experience and a strong background in cloud, platform engineering, and artificial intelligence. He has been leading high-performing cloud data platforms teams in his current role at Meta Platforms, Inc. He has a proven track record of cloud transformations, infrastructure implementation,database management, ERP solutions, and DevOps deployments. His expertise spans multiple domains such as database systems, large-scale backend infrastructure, security, multi-cloud deployments, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and artificial intelligence.
Naresh has contributed to esteemed organizations such as Oracle Corp and Computer Sciences Corporations, where he played a pivotal role in migrating or implementing Oracle technologies for Fortune 500 companies across the globe. His impact spans various industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, banking, and gold mining companies worldwide.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.

Efectos del desistimiento

El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
