Neuware - You've probably had the experience of reading something that described you so accurately it stopped you cold. That eerie, slightly uncomfortable recognition - that's me, how does it know that about me - is exactly where this book begins. The Map You Were Born With is a warm, honest, and deeply compassionate guide to the Enneagram: the ancient nine-type personality framework that doesn't just tell you what you do, but why. Not your habits, your preferences, or your love language - but the core fear beneath all of it, and the gift that lives on the other side of understanding it. Written for spiritual seekers who are curious but skeptical of clinical personality systems, this book brings the Enneagram's wisdom into accessible, everyday language without losing its depth. Each of the nine type chapters explores the type's unique gifts, the shadow that quietly complicates everything, how the type shows up in love, friendship, family, and work, the wing variations that make each person's map their own, and a reflection exercise to take the insight from the page into real life. But this book doesn't stop at self-knowledge. It goes further - into what it means to actually change, how to read the maps of the people you love, what happens when the pattern takes over, and what lies beneath all nine types in the territory no map can fully describe. Whether you're new to the Enneagram or have been exploring it for years, The Map You Were Born With offers something rare: a book that makes you feel genuinely seen - and then points you toward something larger than the seeing. The map was always just a guide. The journey is yours.…
