Paperback. She makes maps of relationships that ended. She never expected to be trapped inside one of her own.Maya Hart has built a career charting the places where love changed, promises broke, and people finally chose to walk away. Her carefully ordered life leaves no room for the one story she has spent seven years refusing to revisit: Adam Reeves, the man she once planned to marry-and the man who disappeared from her future. Then Maya's former mentor dies and leaves behind an impossible inheritance. To save the historic Atlas House from a ruthless developer, Maya and Adam must follow twelve sealed coordinates in thirty days. Each destination reveals another fragment of a past they remember differently: an abandoned apartment, an unfinished promise, a hidden letter, and a truth someone worked hard to bury.Forced to travel together, they discover that time has changed them without erasing what once existed between them. But the map is leading them toward more than reconciliation. It is exposing secrets about their separation, their families, and the future that was taken from them before either understood its cost. Some love stories end.Others wait in the blank spaces between what happened and what might still be possible. The Map of Almost Us is an emotional, slow-burn second-chance romance about memory, forgiveness, buried truths, and finding the courage to choose love again. She makes maps of relationships that ended. She never expected to be trapped inside one of her own.
Maya Hart has built a career charting the places where love changed, promises broke, and people finally chose to walk away. Her carefully ordered life leaves no room for the one story she has spent seven years refusing to revisit: Adam Reeves, the man she once planned to marry—and the man who disappeared from her future.
Then Maya’s former mentor dies and leaves behind an impossible inheritance.
To save the historic Atlas House from a ruthless developer, Maya and Adam must follow twelve sealed coordinates in thirty days. Each destination reveals another fragment of a past they remember differently: an abandoned apartment, an unfinished promise, a hidden letter, and a truth someone worked hard to bury.
Forced to travel together, they discover that time has changed them without erasing what once existed between them. But the map is leading them toward more than reconciliation. It is exposing secrets about their separation, their families, and the future that was taken from them before either understood its cost.
Some love stories end.
Others wait in the blank spaces between what happened and what might still be possible.
The Map of Almost Us is an emotional, slow-burn second-chance romance about memory, forgiveness, buried truths, and finding the courage to choose love again.
