He frequently keynotes atcorporate events, conferences, and organizations across the countryon his research about Millennials and their value to organizations.Chip's doctoral dissertation is on the subject of managingMillennials. Mick Ukleja, PhD, is the founder and President ofLeadershipTraQ, a leadership consulting firm.
