A Vixen for a Viscount by Arietta Richmond
A Lord who finds society dull, a Lady with a sharp tongued reputation, an unexpected friendship, an unwanted suitor, blackmail and gossip, a triumph of love.
The Wealthy Merchant’s Deception by Grace Austen
Georgina Leeson’s family go to Bath for the summer, far from their darkly handsome and mysterious neighbor, for whom Georgina has a secret tendre. After Georgina extracts a promise from Edwin to write to her, she resigns herself to being apart from him for several months. A tragic event in his past has left Edwin Notley isolated by his own choice. Yet, he finds himself drawn to Georgina and fights against allowing affection to grow. Another man sets his sights on Georgina upon her return to London, proving he will stop at nothing to marry her to gain access to her father’s fortune. Will Edwin admit his true feelings and succeed in saving her from another's dishonourable intentions?
Wait for Me by Rose Pearson
Lady Arabella loves a man she knows her parents will not approve of. No matter how other suitors try to persuade her, her heart is constant – even though her love has gone off to war. Captain Harry Smedley had never intended to fall in love – until he met Lady Arabella. But duty called him away. Will Lady Arabella wait for his return? Or will another suitor, of higher rank, steal her heart before he returns? When circumstances make Harry the hero of the day, will that be enough to win him his love? Or are they doomed to be parted?
To Love Again by Regina Darcy
Miss Charlotte James lost her betrothed to an accident. When she thought that she had found love again, the man in question left her without a word and went to war. Now orphaned she must live with her guardian, and be companion to her petulant cousin, Henrietta. She despairs of ever being happy again. Montgomery Windsor, the Duke of Crompton, has damned himself for a coward since the day he left without telling Charlotte the truth of his feelings – now that he is back, he must expect that she will have moved on, and married. When he finds that she has not, will he have the courage to declare himself? Or will her cousin’s machinations destroy Charlotte’s chance at finally finding love?
Summer of Love by Kelly Anne Bruce
Lady Jane Preston has been joined by her three closest friends for the summer, and all of them want to find love – except Jane, who has yet to meet a man she can care for. Yet, when she meets the cousin of the man her friend loves, she finds herself intrigued. Lord William Percival dislikes social occasions, and young women seeking husbands, but allows his cousin to convince him to attend a country card party. When he meets Lady Jane, he discovers a very different attitude. Then a summer trip to Brighton brings them unexpectedly together again, and he finds that he is more than interested in her company. Will Jane allow herself to love, or is she too intent on matchmaking for her friends? Will William risk his heart, or will love be lost?
Lady Julia’s Dangerous Duke by Lydia Pembroke
Lady Julia Charters is in her fourth Season, and thinks it unlikely she will find a man she likes enough to marry. Until she meets the Duke of Hansford - but a Duke would be reaching too high. Colin Hadley, Duke of Hansford, had not expected to hold the title, and had been a spy in His Majesty’s service. Now, returned to England, and a Duke, he is tempted into one last mission. When circumstance puts Lady Julia at the heart of his mission, what starts as duty becomes something more. Can Colin protect Julia from the enemies of the King, or will the love he hopes for be lost?
