Descripción del artículo del vendedor

Paperback. An instrumented plant does not have an on switch. It is brought from the end of construction to production through a sequence of gates, each proved before the next may open - and it is not finished when the instruments read and the loops hold, but when you can PROVE they do, and the proof is traceable. Building that proof is a trade, and nobody teaches it as one. You learn it by getting it wrong in the field. This book turns it into a method. It is written for the technician or engineer who inherits a built plant and has to hand it over. - **The nine commissioning gates** - from the installation walkdown to the handover certificate, each with an acceptance criterion and the document that proves it.- **The punch list that closes** - three defect classes, what blocks energization, what blocks handover, and what crosses into warranty declared instead of smuggled.- **Cold loop check versus hot** - what continuity proves, what only a responding process can, and the loop that passes cold and fails hot.- **Proving the remote sites** - point-to-point across a radio path, and the drop-out test done the only way that counts: by removing the radio.- **The functional test** - every interlock fired for real, and the line between a process interlock and a safety function, which is validated elsewhere.- **The handover file** - the nine gates under one index, every compliance number traceable down to a calibration, and the file a stranger can still use a year later. Throughout, one loop - the chlorine cascade - is followed through all nine gates. Every chapter ends by producing a completed field document; the blank forms are in Appendix D to photocopy. This is the fourth and final volume of the series: the measurement made true, the control made to hold, the far network carried home, and the proof that ties them into one plant. **No brand names anywhere.** The volume runs on one fictional plant - Ashford Bend Water Treatment Plant - the same plant as the whole series. The others are not prerequisites. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
