Looking Within is a spirituality and self-help book that leads readers to discover the truth—not the government’s truth, not the church’s truth, not their parents’ truth—but the universal truth that will transform their lives and empower them to take back control of themselves and their journey. It provides readers a bridge to the ultimate spiritual connection with 7 lifestyle principles to overcome challenges and find their way to a better life filled with hope, peace, and joy. In addition, it reveals 18 powerful Universal Truths that will guide their journey as they look within and transform their life.

Why this book? The world as we knew it is broken. Isolation, fear, stress, uncertainty, hate, and unbalance are the hallmarks of our era. As a result, people are lacking one of the most basic human needs: Connection – to self, to family, to our communities, and to our Creator.

We see the devastating proof and effects of this every day. Families are nothing more than isolated individuals living under the same roof controlled by electronics and brain-washed by the establishment, with little to no respect for authority figures or each other. Friends no longer connect with each other, as they are so busy with work and life that they make time only for brief online contacts and occasional meet ups. Neighbors no longer respect or trust each other due to the fear instilled by media. Co-workers no longer share comradery and common ground. People are so divided by politics and race that they lack respect for each other. The love, respect, and kindness we should all have for our fellow humans have been replaced by fear, anxiety, and chaos. As a result, people are decaying from within.

Looking Within is the answer people need to help them reconnect with themselves, the world, and their Creator so they can embark on their spiritual path, overcome fear and chaos, and help usher in a Renaissance of Joy. Overcoming obstacles, gaining connection, and creating the best life possible has always been and will continue to be a struggle for most people. The messages in Looking Within focus energy on the truth and wisdom of Eastern and Western philosophies to serve others and help them find their path to enlightenment and transformation.

Ultimately, Looking Within will give people hope where there is despair, peace where there is chaos, and joy where there is misery and fear. This book is the bridge, the pathway, the attainable connection from where they are to eternal love.
