Dr. Sigma Satish is a poet and academic based in Trivandrum. She previously served as an English faculty at SCT, under the Ministry of Manpower in Oman, and is currently the Head of English at VTMNSS College. She has authored several books and her poetry has been featured in various platforms such as Poem Hunter, SETU, Kabita Live, Creative Saplings, Creative Minds, Muse India, Rock Pebbles, Kavya Kishore, along with numerous anthologies. Among her accolades are the Mirabhai Literary Award conferred by the Organization of United Working Journalists Forum with the support of the Public Relations Dept, Puri, Government of Odisha 2016, the Cochin Lit Fest Prize in 2019, and the Bharat Sevak Samaj Honor in 2023. She has also represented as a poet delegate at several distinguished national and international literary forums, including the SAARC Literature Festival, World Congress of Poetry, Poetic Prism, Kalinga Literary Festival, and Chandrabhaga Literary Festival.
Shama Pillai is a faculty member in the Department of English at VTM NSS College, in Trivandrum. A dedicated academic, she served as the IQAC Coordinator, contributing to quality assurance and academic development. Her area of expertise is Indian Aesthetics and Culture Studies. She is passionate about teaching and scholarly engagement.
