New York: Reynal & Hitchcock, [n.d.]. Publisher's original salmon cloth stamped in maroon; pp. 93. A very good copy in a fair to good, price-clipped dust jacket. Binding is sturdy and square, minimal wear to boards, loss to spine tips, previous owner's notes and quotes to flyleaf, else internally clean.
