Life isn’t fair, and it never promised to be.
In "Life’s Loaded Dice: When Six Never Comes!", J.D. Arden delivers a raw and unfiltered exploration of the harsh realities that define our existence. With a no-nonsense tone and unflinching honesty, Arden delves into the unsettling truth that life's game is often rigged—and not everyone gets a fair roll of the dice.
From the staggering improbability of our very existence to the myth of meritocracy that society clings to, this book unpacks how luck, privilege, and systemic inequalities shape our lives more than hard work or talent ever could. Through compelling narratives and relatable anecdotes, Arden highlights stories of individuals like Emily and Jake, Lisa the musician, and Jamal the self-taught coder—people whose successes and failures hinge not just on effort but on the invisible forces of chance and circumstance.
