Navin Agarwal
Navin Agarwal has been working extensively with Liferay for more than 5 years. This includes work on Java and J2EE technologies. He has executed projects using Liferay in various domains (including retail, insurance, networking, and medical), providing solutions for collaboration, document management, and web content management systems. He also has extensive experience in integrating Liferay with Alfresco and various third-party tools. He started his career as an intern in portal technology with Sun Microsystems, India. Currently, he is working for IEEE as a senior programmer analyst. He is also an expert in Liferay integration with Ad Server OpenX, different search engines, enterprise content (including video, audio, images, documents, and web content), and other technologies such as Activiti, BPM Intalio, business intelligence, LDAP, and SSO. Besides development and consulting, he has also delivered training programs on Liferay and Alfresco. He has experience in various software development life cycle (SDLC) models and different technologies, including MongoDB and Pentaho BI, and has worked with numerous frameworks, including Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Apache PDFBox, and ICEfaces. We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.

Efectos del desistimiento

El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
