David as a young man anointed as king over Israel.Josiah, the boy king.Nehemiah leads the people to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. These men and others are Old Testament examples of leadership qualities we can all learn from today. Both the good and the bad are examined in-depth to show insights in Following God's Life Principles from the Kings of the Old testament. As part of the following God's Character Studies, this workbook study contains twelve lessons on men whose lives God worked to shape and teach others in Israel, in Judah, and for future generations who read God's Word. In the study you will come face to face with such questions as: * What does is mean to truly confess sin (as in the life of David)?* What is true wisdom (as in the life of Solomon)?* Who really gets glory in times of victory (Asa)?* Who can we turn to when our enemies rise up against us (Nehemiah).
