Sharon Hartley presents the daytime show on BBC Radio Lancashire. She co-hosts Over the Influence, a podcast all about removing alcohol and leading an alcohol-free life and celebrating sobriety. In September 2018, Sharon took 90-day break from alcohol with the full intention of returning to a life fueled by booze once it was over. But in that time something glorious happened. She stopped drinking and started living, and she fell head over heels in love with an alcohol-free life.
