OF standing and kneeling IN quire. - All shall stand throughout the Service, except during the' sing ing of a Responsory or Alleluia, when they may sit. Also it is permitted to sit during the Lections; and when the Psalmody is very long it is permitted to every alternate Clerk to sit.
