Róbert Szuchy is Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs and Full Professor at Károli Gáspár University in Hungary. He is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic leadership and he is the Director of the Law Program at the Faculty of Law. He is also the founder and director of the LLM programme in Energy and Natural Resources Law, offered in both Hungarian and English. Professor Szuchy is the author of several books and numerous scholarly articles, and a frequent speaker at international academic conferences, particularly in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency. Beyond the university, he is the Hungarian observing member of the European Federation of Energy Law Associations, President of the International Committee of the Hungarian Lawyers' Association, and Vice-Chair of the Civil Law Subcommittee of the Legal Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. His professional contributions have been recognised with the Hungarian Order of Merit (Knight’s Cross).

Swarnima Gorani is an academician and legal scholar with specialisation in both the Criminal and Corporate arenas. She is actively engaged in teaching & research while pursuing her PhD from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, in the domain of Forensic Psychology. She has a strong academic background, having earned a dual degree in Commerce and Law, as well as a postgraduate degree in Law (specialising in Criminal Laws) and a degree in Company Secretaryship. She has participated and presented at various international conferences and faculty development programmes with a major focus on Forensics and Artificial Intelligence, and contributed to book chapters and journal publications. Her accolades include holding an All India Rank of 13 (Company Secretary) and a Gold Medal in her Law Degree.
