Dr. Carol A. Poore, author, speaker, and strategist, has been delivering effective leadership and transformational strategic planning results for more than 25 years. She has served in corporate, higher education, and nonprofit senior leadership and chief executive positions; led community planning initiatives; and has advised small businesses, nonprofits, local community organizations, and government entities during legacy-shaping times of change through her consultancy, Poore & Associates.
