The Illusion of Separation

Your view of the world is dictated by the culture in which you grew up and that which you now live within. If this is true, then it follows that the world in which you live is different from the world of the family that lives across the street from you and likewise is clearly different from people who live in another part of the country and on different continents. This being said, it is understandable that the people of the world would consider themselves to each be separate from each other. This is clearly as illusory as your separation from God.

As human beings, you are one organism connected by the love of God who created you and who guides you on your path if you allow it. You are no more separate from each other than the ocean from the sky. One requires the other and they are linked by the physical realities of the earth plane. People are connected to one another by the energy called God just as that same energy unites everything to a common cause.

The God energy that is creative and caring never abandons its creation as it is always evolving and growing; it is always refining and redefining itself. This is the purpose of God, the process of creation. It is the only purpose. God creates through each of you.

There is no malevolence in God, no vengeance. If creation is the purpose, it is illogical that God ever generates destruction of any kind. Therefore, you are indulging in wrong-mindedness when you blame God for natural disasters or illness or death. It is wrong thinking to believe that God takes people or things from you. God does not punish. God creates. God does not judge; it is you who judge and you who punish. It is you who seek vengeance from your fear-based perspective of separateness. Where God is, there can be no fear, only love, only creation.

Those who wish to follow the Bible in a literal way believe the Old Testament stories. The truth is that they were written to guide the populace of that time. They are fictional accounts. While it is true that the Old Testament was written by the Hebrew-Jewish leaders of the time, it is well known by your scholars that it is a mix of legend and history and has evolved over centuries. The Old Testament was written in a way that would be understood by the populace in the context of the era in which it was written. In many cases it was used as a way of controlling the masses while also giving them hope for the future. That is, according to the stories God caused the wicked to perish while saving the righteous. Apparently the human race was behaving badly then too.

The love of God supports creation. Fear creates destruction. The illusion of separation fosters fear and apprehension. The evolution of the human race is occurring now and you are all a part of this creative process in which you will each play your own role.

You have a choice to make now. You can choose to move forward in fear or in love. You can choose to continue to believe in your separateness and live in fear of each other and of God, or you can believe in that which cannot be seen and believe in your interconnectedness and live in love with one another. Either way, you will evolve, but not in the same direction. Living in fear creates only more fear and increases the sensation of separateness that leads to destruction.

Soul Energy

Your soul is pure energy, the God energy. It is as pure as Jesus is and as wise and clear. It already knows everything about you because it is you. It is the perfection of you. It is this that God made. Your soul is in direct communication with God. It can also be in direct communication with you, but you have to slow down enough to hear it.

The soul is always accessible to you, as is God; you only have to know how to go about accessing it. Your soul energy is what keeps you going. It is what helps you to push on when life gets too hard. It is the energy in you that causes you to be able to do the things that you do. It is pure and requires faith to access it. The ego, on the other hand, pushes you around without your input. Following the soul requires faith.

People who are depressed have lost their connection to their soul and it is difficult to reconnect in the depressed state. This is true also for those people who suffer from addictions of any kind. They are unaware of their soul because they are too far away from their real selves; they are unable to hear the stirrings of their souls.

The soul is the holiness and perfection that you are. Your mind is separate from God, not your soul. When the separation occurred, your mind took on consciousness and turned away from God; it is through the separation that dualism was begun. You became unaware of your soul and thus God. It is through enlightenment and love that you are able to return to your soul as well as to God. It is through knowing that you are connected to everything that you begin to heal the separation.

The separation occurs over and over again for each person living on your earth. You have a choice to be with God or to be separate in each moment of your life. This is the choice that you must make constantly. The "Bible thumpers" who endlessly witness for God are making that choice—to be with God. The same is true for all of the evangelicals.

The difficult thing is that saying you are living with God, or through God, or that God is living through you is not enough. You also must allow the love of God to inform everything you say and do. This is what is called the atonement in A Course in Miracles. It is through living your life moment to moment in the belief that God is holding you, and in the belief that you are of the same source as the person across the street from you, that you heal the separation. How can you not treat everyone with love if you are of the same source energy and are therefore hurting only yourself by hurting another?

The Error of Perception

The angels want you to know that we are always with you and are always watching over you. We never forget about you or leave you on your own; we are always by your side and want to help you whenever and however we are able. I am Jophiel, the angel of creation. I am the angel that assists the artists and the musicians, providing inspiration and encouragement, providing fortitude and persistence when your work is hard. I assist you in connecting to your higher self, bringing you clarity. I am also committed to the preservation of the earth's climate and ecosystems and revealing corruption in corporations, as well as in governments.

Nobody ever indicated that life would be easy, but we are here with you to make life easier. You all knew what you were getting into when you made the contracts to come to this life; however, this was forgotten the instant your soul was born into the earth plane. You know how to make the universe work for you, but you have merely forgotten. This knowledge continues to be available to you, and if you ask for assistance in remembering, we will help you with this endeavor. We are always with you.

You must ask us for assistance, be willing to allow our help, and able to listen to our advice. In order to do that, you first must learn to hear us. Some of you will hear us in your head as a voice, some will see our luminescence and sense our message, and some will be guided to write our words as they are perceived in your head. Others of you will want to touch us but will be unable as we have no physical form in your plane of existence. Generally, we can only be perceived as light, and then only by some. The manner in which we are perceived is as variable all the people on earth. We are, however, always with you, even when we are not perceptible.

You must stop living in fear and move into knowing. You severely limit yourself by not trusting your ability to know. Where do you think that comes from if not from the angels? There is a lot of information about intuition available in the popular media, but where do you think that "little voice" comes from? It is your angels attempting to help you through your life. You will be able to hear us if you are willing to listen to the words you find in your head or your heart—preferably your heart, because it is where your most careful considerations are sprung.

Your heart is an important portal to the world of knowing. That is, your heart chakra is a doorway into the dimension where angels reside. We are, of course, free to move between dimensions because of the nature of our vibrational patterns, but when we are at home, it is through the heart chakra that we can be accessed. You have only to open your heart to receive our blessings, to hear our messages. You have only to open your heart to receive the wonderful abundance that is yours for the taking.

People of the earth are living in fear at this time. You worry constantly about your families, your livelihoods, your happiness, and your processions. You worry about not having enough and having too much, about success and failure. You worry about going on vacation—will you have a good time or will your money be wasted? You worry about the clothes you wear—are they appropriate? What will others think? Will they think you look stupid? That you are vain, too confident, or too lazy? Or you are too cool, too "bad," or too good? Or too funny? Too happy? Too young or too old? Too silly? Or too much all together? And that is only about what you wear! Imagine what you worry about when children come into your lives!

None of this worry and fear helps anything happen differently. It only places negative attention on an issue, which is extremely counterproductive. This practice of worrying focuses energy on what is not there, or what is not wanted, rather than on what one would like to be there. In other words, if you hold a fear in your mind, it will most likely manifest because that is where energy is being placed. If you focus your attention on what you wish to see happen, it will occur as you see it. This is called intention.

The manner in which a person perceives his world is an individual choice. You can change your perspective in an instant; you have only to choose. Each person can influence his life, as well as the direction of the entire world, by changing his perceptions. If a person perceives himself to be a victim, that is what he will be, but if he perceives himself to be in control, he will be. A Course in Miracles states, "You are only in this life to learn to perceive correctly. That is your only lesson." If that is true, you only need to change your perception. Indeed, it is your life lesson to do just that. You must only see the truth in this life. Only this and then you will be finished with worry.

You must learn to perceive correctly in order to live without fear so without worry. However, it is not an easy issue because it is taught the wrong way around. You are all conditioned to believe that you need to protect yourselves from others. This is not so. Rather, you all need only to love each other, not to fear each other. You must believe that you are all of the same eternal light and are righteous in your own right. This is the message of the angels and what they wish you all to hear and know. This is the error of perception that you make or that occurs when you are no longer children. As you grow up, you are taught to protect yourselves from the potential harm of others, thus drawing to you both fear and harm. It is by this belief in the act of harm that you actually create it in your lives.

Angel Whispers

You must begin to hear the voice of your intuition clearly. You must begin to follow that voice. It is not your imagination speaking to you; it is the voice of God. It is the voice of the angels speaking to you, guiding you along the way of your life. It is the real voice that you must hear and follow. You must give up the fear that guides your decision-making; it is not real. It is the voice of the angels you must listen to and follow. We are always with you. We will always care for you.

You are points of light created by God and are thus of her love and are love itself. The angels will guide you on your missions. You have only to ask us for assistance and we will provide you with whatever you need in your physical life to accomplish your purpose. We are always near and are able to be in many places at one time. We are not bound by the physics of your earth experience. Angels are brilliant multitaskers. We are able to complete many different jobs at one time, thus affording you the benefit of companionship as well as brilliant leadership.

The angels are near to you in space and time. Although you are unable at this time to comprehend clearly the concept of other dimensions, it is necessary that you accept this idea without hesitation, just as you accept the idea that billions of planets exist in outer space which you are unable to see with the naked eye. It is also coming to be known as fact that there are dimensions of space and time, which you are as yet unable to access.

It has been likened to a veil of the finest mist, this distance that separates you from your angels. We are able to move through this veil at will, but you, who exist in a much more dense vibration, are less able to move from your dimension into ours. That is not to say that you are unable, only that it takes belief in the process and dedication to practice.

There are many books containing the knowledge needed to gain the ability to experience the angel realm. However, it is not necessary to go to extremes to be blessed by us. You have only to speak to us directly, to call us into service in order to experience our blessings. We will carry you, heal your fear, intervene in crisis, find lost objects, comfort, and bless your life if you but ask for our assistance. The more you talk to us, the more you will notice "angel prints" in your daily travels through your life.

The angels' mission is to be of service to God. Our purpose is to assist you in your daily lives. We are available at any time to help you and to serve God by assisting you in your endeavors, especially if you are on your path. We are with you whether or not you are on track with your life purpose and are available to help you along your way. However, the only time an angel can act in your life without your request is if your life is in danger and it is not your time to cross over.

Everybody has at least two personal angels. These angels often stay with a person throughout his life. In periods of distress due to ill health or trauma, a person may be cared for by many angels. They surround and watch over the person they are caring for, providing peace of mind and positive regard. Their love is tangible and felt by all who are near. It is not uncommon for victims of trauma to feel very peaceful due to the presence of the angels. The angels will always be available at a moment's notice to minister to anyone who asks for assistance.

Guardian Angels, Guides, and Ego

The angels are always with you. They surround you at the moment of your birth as they help to usher you into this world. It is they that you see at first glimpse following the birth process. It is thought that infants do not see well, but the truth is that they do not see your world well. They do, however, see our world clearly. They gaze with fondness through the mist of the veil that separates our world from yours. This ability stays with children for many months, some even for years.

The ability to stay connected to the angel realm and close to the other side depends somewhat on the culture of the family the child is born into as well as the child's relationship to this realm. If the child is a recent "graduate" of our realm, he will be more likely to stay connected to it. If he has been long away—for instance, if this soul has been residing in the spirit world for the purpose of soul development or other such processes which occur there—he may be less able to hold onto the vibrations of the angelic realm.

The infant is not ignorant as it is thought. While it knows nothing of the new world into which it is born, the infant and young child know far more that the adult does about the spirit and angelic realms. Many angels, who watch over him, frequently surround the infant, and some of those angels will stay with him for the length of his earthly life. He will also, of course, have a guide or a series of guides who will accompany him and keep him moving in the right direction as he follows his path.
