Reseña del editor
"What a privilege it has been to watch God transform Linda Hanahan from a mere church attendee to a disciple of Jesus Christ. That transformation has led her to being uniquely gifted by Him to share her heart through writing.
Her first book, Touched From Above, was a marvelous testimony of God's grace drawing her unto Himself. This, her second book, will take you deeper in and higher up in her relationship with Jesus Christ. Linda's authenticity in her writings reflects a God-awareness and a self-awareness that is refreshing to read. I believe that this book will be both an encouragement and a challenge to you to be real in your relationships with God, with others, and with yourself."
-David M. Keazirian, Senior Pastor
First Presbyterian Church, New Smyrna Beach, FL
"Linda Hanahan has been blessed with the gift of listening, of being still, of opening herself to the voice of God speaking to her personally through the Holy Spirit. Linda has also been gifted to be able to write in a beautifully meaningful way that inspires and encourages her readers to also hear that "still small voice" speaking to them. Linda's revelations of her ongoing conversations with God provide us with hope and comfort that someone else is experiencing the same struggles of faith and purpose, as are we. I am pleased that my sister in Christ has continued to write and share her ongoing spiritual conversation with us in this new work."
-Tom Burleson, Commissioned Lay Pastor
Product Description
The author states, "As I was in the final stages of publishing my first book, Touched From Above, it honestly did not occur to me that there might ever be a second one! I assumed it was a one-time thing. A done deal. God did not!
The Journey Continues is a result of God's call upon this author once again to share with others a collection of her individual writings, conveying the presence of His hand in her life. The book's over-all theme shows her deepening awareness of God's character and of His loving guidance through different experiences (from joyful to difficult!), through the reading of His Word, through various people, and through her evolving relationship with Jesus Christ. In a simple and honest style, she openly reveals her ups and downs, her questions and realizations, her times of "enlightenment" and times of "wrestling" . . . as her journey continues.
