"The Jesus of Our Fathers" is a profound theological and devotional exploration of the person and work of Jesus Christ from a traditional perspective. Written by John Walter Good, this work seeks to present the Christ of historical Christian faith, contrasting the enduring biblical portrait with various contemporary interpretations of the early 20th century. The book delves into the essential doctrines surrounding the life, teachings, and divinity of Jesus, emphasizing the spiritual continuity of the faith passed down through generations.

Throughout the text, Good examines the foundational elements of Christology, offering readers a comprehensive look at how the figure of Jesus has been understood and worshiped. It serves as both an academic study and a call to return to a robust, scripturally grounded understanding of the Savior. Ideal for students of theology, church history, and anyone seeking a deeper appreciation for orthodox Christian thought, this work remains a significant contribution to the study of Christ's identity and its impact on the believer's life. By focusing on the "Jesus of our fathers," the author invites a renewed engagement with the timeless truths of the gospel.
