Modern title page in addition to a facsimile of the 1887 title page, printed in red and black, withe frontispiece of the Bembine Table protected by tissue guard. 20pp. One diagram in black and white. Some wear, short tears and creases to dust jacket edges. One tape repair to rear of jacket. A fine copy in a good to very good dust jacket. Many were first exposed to the Isiac Tablet in Manly P. Hall's classic work, The Secret Teachings of All Ages, where it is presented as a large folding plate. It remains one of the most mysterious and curious relics of ancient times. The actual date of its production is unknown with many speculations that it could date anywhere from the fourth century B.C. to the fourth century A.D. In the present work, Westcott has set forth the opinions of many leading authorities who researched the subject, including Athanasius Kircher, Eliphas Levi, and many others.
