Acerca del autor
Prasant Kumar Pattnaik, PhD (Computer Science), Fellow IETE, Senior Member IEEE, is a Professor at the School of Computer Engineering, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India. With more than a decade of teaching and research experience, Dr Pattnaik has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings. His areas of specialization are mobile computing, cloud computing, brain computer interface and privacy preservation.
Raghvendra Kumar, PhD, has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, LNCT College, Jabalpur, India, and as a PhD (Faculty of Engineering and Technology) at Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur, India. He completed his Master of Technology at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India, and his Bachelor of Technology at SRM University, Chennai, India. His research interests include graph theory, discrete mathematics, robotics, and cloud computing and algorithms. He also works asa reviewer, editorial and technical board member for many journals and conferences. He regularly publishes research papers in international journals and conference proceedings.
Souvik Pal, PhD, MCSI, MCSTA/ACM, USA; MIAENG, Hong Kong; MIRED, USA; MACEEE, New Delhi; MIACSIT, Singapore; MAASCIT, USA is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, JIS College of Engineering, Kalyani, India. Dr Pal received both his Masters Degree and PhD from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India. He has published several research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings (SCOPUS, ESCI), and has authored a book on computer science in the field of Cloud Computing. Dr Pal also serves as an editorial and international advisory board member for many journals and conferences. His research areas include cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, and data analytics. Surya Narayan Panda born in Jharsuguda,Odisha on 19th August 1969. He completed his B.Sc. (Hons) with First class Distinction from Laxmi Narayan College, Jharsuguda, then he pursued his M.Sc. from G.J.University, Hissar and Ph.D. (Computer Science) from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. He joined as Lecturer in S.A.Jain (PG) College, Ambala. In the year 2007 he joined as Professor and Principal Regional Institute of Management and Technology, Punjab and is presently working as Professor and Director Research, Chitkara University, Punjab. He has more 25 years of Teaching/ Administration and Research experience. Guided 7 Ph.D. Computer Science and 13 M.Phil Scholar. He is now working towards development of innovative technologies and product based on Internet of things and Cloud Computing. He is expertized in Cyber security, Networking, Advanced Computer Network, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. He has filed 8 patents, 55 Intenational publications in the relevant area and involved in Internet of things healthcare devices like Portable Intensive Care Unit, Digital Laryngoscope etc. He has developed the prototype of Smart Portable Intensive Care Unit through which doctor can provide the immediate virtual medical assistance to emergency cases in ambulance and won prestigious Millennium Alliance Award from FICCI in 2017 and seed funding for his project. He is also working on a project "Cyber Technology Communication for Women Safety" which is funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. Of India and another project “Remote Vital Information and Surveillance System for Elderlyand Disabled Persons “ which is again funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. Of India. He has been bestowed with "Adroit Researcher Award" for the outstanding contribution in the field of Education and Research, during the "International Conference on "Interdisciplinary Research for Sustainable Development (IRSD-2016)" in NITTTR Chandigarh and COSMIC Outstanding Researcher Award from COSMIC Journal, Thailand. He is also proud recipient of Teacher's Excellence Award from Chitkara University, Punjab INDIA. He received Certificate of Appreciation as Productive Member of International Reviewer Board, Informing Science, Vilnius, Lithuania (Europe) 2014 and Appreciation Award by ISI Florida, USA for excellent work as Member of International Board of Reviewer 2015. He represented Chitkara University in TiECON 2017, in Silicon Valley, California, USA.

Derecho al desistimiento
Si es un consumidor, puede rescindir el contrato de acuerdo con lo siguiente. Por consumidor se entiende cualquier persona física que actúe con fines ajenos a su actividad comercial, empresarial, oficio o profesión.
Información sobre el derecho de desistimiento
Derecho legal de desistimiento
Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
