Arul Kumar Natarajan , an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Samarkand International University of Technology, Uzbekistan, obtained his Doctoral of Philosophy from Bharathidasan University, India, in 2017. He is also pursuing a postdoctoral Research in Generative AI for Cybersecurity at the Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore. With a teaching career spanning 14 years, he has held positions at various esteemed institutions, including Christ University, Bishop Heber College in India, and Debre Berhan University in Ethiopia. Dr. Arul has contributed significantly to academia, specializing in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, with 73 publications, including articles, presentations, and book chapters. He has edited and published three books with IGI Global Publisher, USA, focusing on Python data structures, algorithms, and geospatial application development. Beyond academia, Dr. Arul is a prolific innovator, holding 17 patents in India and one submitted patent in the United Kingdom, covering domains such as physics, communication, and computer science. He has also completed over 33 certifications from renowned institutions such as IBM, Google, and Amazon, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. In addition to his scholarly and innovative endeavors, Dr. Natarajan is proficient in networking, having passed the CCNA: Routing and Switching Exam from CISCO and the Networking Fundamentals exam from Microsoft. Furthermore, he has chaired numerous technical sessions and delivered over 15 invited talks at national and international forums.
Mohammad Gouse Galety , a seasoned professional in computer science, is currently a Professor at the computer science department of Samarkand International University of Technology, Samarkand, Uzbekistan. His research interests encompass a wide range of computer and information science, focusing on Web Mining, Computer Vision, IoT, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. His impactful research has led to the (co) authorship of several journal papers and international conference proceedings indexed by Springer, Web of Science, and Scopus, holding four patents and writing six books. His standing in the academic community is further solidified by his role as a Fellow of the IEEE and ACM.With a career spanning over two decades, Mohammad Gouse Galety has served in many national and international organizations, solidifying his expertise in the field. His teaching experience includes roles at Sree Vidyanikethan Degree College, India; Emeralds Degree College, Tirupati, India; Brindavan College of Engineering, India; Kuwait Educational Center, Kuwait; Ambo University, Ethiopia; Debre Berhan University, Ethiopia; Lebanese French University, Iraq; and Catholic University in Erbil, Iraq. He imparts his knowledge to undergraduate and postgraduate students, teaching various courses in computer science and information technology/science engineering.

A highly motivated researcher and teacher with an emphasis on communication, hands-on experience, willingness to learn, and 23 years of technical expertise. He has developed operational, maintenance, and testing procedures for electronic products, components, equipment, and systems; provided technical support and instruction to staff and customers regarding equipment standards, assisting with specific, difficult in-service engineering; Inspected electronic and communication equipment, instruments, products, and systems to ensure conformance to specifications, safety standards, and regulations. He is a wireless sensor network Chief Evangelist, AI, ML, and IoT expert and designer. Celestine is a Reader (Professor) at the University of Bolton, United Kingdom. He is also the IEEE University of Bolton, Student Branch Counselor and former Board Member of the IEEE Sweden Section, a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy, United Kingdom, and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants to add to his teaching, managerial, and professional experiences. Celestine is an Ambassador in the prestigious Manchester Conference Ambassador Programme, a Visiting Professor to five Universities, and an IEEE Humanitarian Philanthropist. Celestine has received the prestigious recognition of the Royal Academy of Engineering through the Exceptional Talent Scheme, acknowledging his substantial contributions to Artificial Intelligence and its medical applications. Additionally, he takes pride in his three-year inclusion in Elsevier's publication, featuring the World's Top 2% Influential Scientists. Celestine is the Chair of the Election Committee of IEEE Computer Society Worldwide.
Deepthi Das , an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Sciences, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) in Bangalore, India, is a dedicated educator with over two decades of teaching experience. With a profound commitment to fostering academic excellence and ethical values among students, Dr. Deepthi creates inclusive learning environments that promote critical thinking and social responsibility. Holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from CMR University, Bangalore, she actively integrates innovative teaching methods to deliver dynamic educational experiences. Dr. Deepthi's research interests primarily focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with notable contributions to customer churn prediction in the motor insurance sector. Achyut Shankar is currently working as a Postdoc Research Fellow at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, and was recently appointed as a visiting Associate Professor at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering, majoring in wireless sensor networks, from VIT University, Vellore, India.
