Acerca de los autores: Alan Kolp, Baldwin-Wallace College Alan Kolp is currently the Moll Chair in Faith & Life holder and Professor of Religion at Baldwin-Wallace College. Dr. Kolp has taught 18 years at Earlham School of Religion as Professor of Historical and Spiritual Studies and was also the Dean of the seminary for a portion of time. He spent 8 years as full-time Pastoral Leader for local Quaker Meeting (church) in Richmond, IN Dr. Kolp received a Fulbright Fellowship and spent a year at Wilhelms University in Munster, Germany. He was a Visiting Fellow at Woodbrooke College (a division of University of Birmingham) in England. Dr. Kolp was also a Visiting Scholar at Graduate Theological Union at University of California-Berkeley. Dr. Kolp holds a Ph.D with distinction from Harvard University, Bachelor of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School where he graduated cum laude. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Guilford College where he again graduated cum laude. Dr. Kolp has authored various publications including Fresh Winds of the Spirit, Canopy of Light and Love as well as booklets and numerous articles. He also speaks widely in churches, civic organizations, etc. He is active in ecumenical and interfaith movements.Peter Rea, Baldwin-Wallace College Peter Rea is the Chairman of the Business Administration Division at Baldwin-Wallace College. He is responsible for providing leadership for undergraduate programs that serve 1300 students, seven MBA programs that serve 400 students and executive education that serves 1600 leaders annually. Peter has provided leadership in creating a corporate partnership program to further strengthen the relationship between Baldwin-Wallace and the corporate community involving profit and nonprofit organizations such as National City Bank, MTD, Dix and Eaton, President’s Council, In Counsel with Women, Glengary, IdeaStream, Cleveland Clinic and Westfield Groups. Peter has also provided leadership to establish international partnerships with corporations and universities in countries such as Brazil, England, Germany, Japan and China. These partnerships have resulted in exchanges such as Baldwin-Wallace offerings its MBA program in Brazil. From 1989 to 1994, he was Associate Academic Dean at Baldwin-Wallace College. He assisted with college-wide strategy and policy for 27 academic and ten administrative departments. His primary teaching and consulting areas include strategic planning, marketing strategy, international marketing and business ethics. He has provided consultation to organizations such as McDonald & Company, Bucknell University, Eaton Corporation, EdgeHill College in Ormskirk England, Nationwide Insurance, Oberlin College, Rainbow Babies’ and Children’s Hospital, Westfield Group and several small businesses and professional organizations. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Akron, a Masters of Arts from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University where he graduated summa cum laude. He has completed postdoctoral studies in international marketing and business, and marketing strategy at Memphis University, Carnegie Mellon University and Duke University. He co-authored a book with Dr. Harold Kerzner entitled Strategic Planning: A Practical Guide.
