Complete in one volume; leather-bound; hardcover; thick octavo (24 x 15 x 6.5 cm); pp. lxvi, 669. English text in double columns; with a life of the author, an introductory discourse, notes, and supplemental dissertations by J. R. McCulloch. Handsomely rebound in half calf gilt; cloth sides; full-length portrait frontispiece with tissue guard, plus an oval portrait of the author; printed footnotes; tables; rear index in double columns. Condition: VERY GOOD. Binding tight and secure with the hinges and joints perfectly intact. The covers and contents very well-preserved, with previous owner details neatly inked to the front endpaper.
