Acerca del autor: Christine Barbour teaches American politics and the politics of food at Indiana University, writes a regular food column for the Bloomington Herald-Times, and is a founding member and co-leader of Slow Food Bloomington. She lives in Bloomington, Indiana. Scott Feickert is an administrator in the Political Science Department at Indiana University. An avid home cook, he tested all the recipes in this book in his kitchen. He is also a founding member of Slow Food Bloomington. He lives in Bloomington, Indiana. Tom Stio is a professional photographer located in Bloomington, Indiana. His specialties include portraiture and dance photography.
