Acerca del autor
Pramod Chandra P. Bhatt, Ph.D., has been a consultant to several companies (Intel, IBM, Accenture, Philips, Sharp, ABB, Polaris) and Advisor to the India Semiconductor Association. He formerly served at IIT Delhi from 1969 to 1996 and was Head of Computer Science and Engineering Department from 1983 to 1988. Later, he served as a senior Professor at the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore.
Professor Bhatt's teaching career, spanning over 50 years, includes assignments at University of Ottawa, McGill University (Canada), Kochi University of Technology (Japan), and Universitat Dortmund and Paderborn (Germany). He was a Konrad Zuse Fellow for the year 1991–1992. His areas of interest include software architecture and systems design, computer architecture, operating systems, compilers and distributed computing.
