Acerca del autor
Victoria Valentinova is a chartered systems engineer and human factors specialist, with over 15 years of international experience spanning public and private sectors across three continents. She holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering and a master’s degree in human factors and safety assessment in aeronautics. She is a chartered professional engineer in both leadership and management and systems engineering, as well as a chartered ergonomist. Victoria possesses expertise in systems engineering leadership, systems assurance, and human factors integration, particularly in the delivery of safety-critical air traffic management systems and major transport infrastructure projects. Her career includes roles such as technical services engineer, human factors manager, systems assurance engineer, and program manager, reflecting her broad and versatile skill set in both technical and strategic domains. She currently serves as Technical Director at Mott MacDonald and is based in Singapore, where she leads the delivery of complex infrastructure programs across the ASEAN region.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
