In "Holy Yoga", Brooke Boon combines her passion for Christianity with her commitment to health to introduce yoga as a physical and spiritual discipline that strengthens the body and the soul. Yoga is not a religion, she emphasizes, but an exercise style Christians can use to develop patience, strength, and deeper worship. With clear explanations and 155 illustrations demonstrating basic postures, Boon provides customized yoga routines for readers struggling with specific issues, such as weight loss, anxiety, pregnancy, and depression. "Holy Yoga" takes the reader through all the proven health benefits and is based on Scriptures such as Romans 12:1: "Offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship." Warm, engaging, and personal, readers will find "Holy Yoga" an easy-to-follow and effective supplement to enhance their spiritual lives.

Brooke Boon is the founder of Holy Yoga, a ministry that introduces people to yoga as a form of Christian worship. Boon has profitably owned, operated, and sold yoga studios for years. She lives in Phoenix with her husband and three children.
