In 2005, I calculated that February 27, 2026 would mark the start of the final seven years of Daniel's 70 Weeks prophecy. That date appears in this book, published in 2016. On the evening of February 27, 2026, the United States and Israel launched a massive military strike on Iran.

This is not another prophecy theory. This is a documented, timestamped, verifiable prediction of a specific date — calculated from a 2,500 year old prophecy — that was fulfilled to the day.

How was this possible?

The answer is a lost calendar.

The modern Jewish calendar uses a fixed mathematical cycle. But the calendar actually in use during Biblical times was different — it was based on the physical observation of the winter barley harvest combined with the new moon cycle. That calendar has been lost to history. When it is restored, something remarkable happens: the actual historical dates of Biblical events come into focus with precision that no other interpretive system can match.

In Hidden Rhythms in Prophecy, Ron Bublitz reconstructs that original calendar using Hebrew grammar, Babylonian imperial records, NASA eclipse tables, and the agricultural cycle of winter barley in Jerusalem. The result is the only interpretation of Daniel's 70 Weeks that requires no invented gaps, no special prophetic years, and no creative mathematics. Every date is historically anchored and independently verifiable.

The 70th week began February 27, 2026. The terminus is 2032.

Suppose God used signs in the heavens as a marker for the historical events of His chosen people. Scripture is full of prophetic writing. Throughout Church history, pastors and scholars have shaped our traditional assumptions of these passages and many are satisfied with uncritical acceptance. Some who are not satisfied with trite answers have gone to the other extreme and, with limited investigation, have proposed wild theories and conjecture. Ancient written records have disintegrated and empires have come and gone. But what if a balanced examination through the mists of time really can provide an accurate understanding? In HIDDEN RHYTHMS IN PROPHECY, Ron Bublitz examines well-known prophetic passages of Daniel, Jeremiah and Ezekiel endeavoring to discover a proper interpretation of the texts. He presents evidence from the original language manuscripts, scholarly opinions, historical writings, astronomy, and calendric systems with a brief stop in plant physiology. Based on the conclusions he presents, the original Hebrew calendar is reconstructed which gives clarity to many sought-after answers. Prepare for a revolutionary realignment of your understanding of the nature of God's prophetic work through history.
