The I Am Healthy series comprises children's picture books that tackle pressing mental health issues facing children today, as identified by healthcare professionals from the Child Guidance Clinic, Institute of Mental Health, Singapore. Each book draws from the experiences of doctors who have counselled countless children regarding everything from digital addiction to eating disorders. Using a story-based approach, each book contains a relatable story that will help children understand themselves better, and be able to take practical steps to grow, develop and change. These books can be read together with children by parents, educators in schools, as well as counsellors and doctors in counselling sessions to help children cope with their emotions and struggles.This set includes three titles:

Carolyn Kee is a psychologist in a private practice. She has a Masters in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from the Institute of Psychiatry, London. She has worked extensively with families who struggled with ADHD and conducted numerous workshops on the condition for teachers and counselors. She finds hope and inspiration in the children and families who have fought through their challenges to emerge transformed in resilience and fortitude.

Dr Sun Wan Xin is a medical officer based in the Child Guidance Clinic, Institute of Mental Health, Singapore. In both her personal and professional life, she has witnessed firsthand the stigma surrounding individuals living with mental illnesses and she hopes to help children and young individuals understand these issues better.

Dr Ong Say How is a senior psychiatrist in the Department of Developmental Psychiatry of Institute of Mental Health. Having worked with children for nearly twenty years, he specialises in treating children with neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as children and young teenagers who suffer from anxiety, depression and trauma. He is a frequent speaker in public forums and media interviews on child mental health issues.
