Acerca del autor: Dr. Ali Sunyaev completed his doctoral thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar at the Chair of Information Systems at Technische Universität München (TUM). He is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Information Systems Quality at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences, University of Cologne.
