Descripción del artículo del vendedor

Unpaginated. Yellow boards are foxed, with clear black title on front and spine. Little wear to the extremities. End papers are well-foxed, and several pages are lightly spotted. Dust Jacket is torn in several places, but intact and legible; artwork is bright. Discoloration from weathering affects the back mainly. This deeply affecting story book is full of striking artwork by legendary American artist Jacob Lawrence. As both writer and artist, Lawrence tells the story of Harriet Tubman's courageous life and work. His dedication reads: "To the Courageous Women of America." Fairly scarce with dust jacket. Size: Tall Octavo.
