Jayan E. Romesh is an Engineer turned Author, Speaker, and Wisdom Teacher. Jayan has attended workshops with the Insight Meditation Society in Vancouver, British Columbia, conducted by Adrianne Ross, Rachel Lewis, and Karen Lawrie. He has also completed Vipassana retreats under renowned Vipassana teachers, Michele McDonald, and Jesse Maceo Vega-Frey from Insight Meditation society, Barre, Massachusetts. Jayan follows workshops and programs conducted by Bestselling Authors, Dr. Rick Hanson and Pema Chodron. He is trained in Positive Neuroplasticity from Being Well, Inc. USA and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from Mindful Living, Vancouver, Canada.
