The doctrine of two nations led to the creation and division of Pakistan and the inevitable division of the Muslims of the subcontinent into three nations. Historical forces which helped in the creation of a separate nation have been studied. About The Author: An experienced media man scholar and author, S. C. Bhatt, had long experience as head of important department in the Government like News Services Division of Air Publications Division, DAVP, Research and Reference Division. He became a China watcher as AIR correspondent in Hong Kong. As one of the founding faculties of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and as a guest lecturer in recent years. He has trained a number of medial hands. Efectos del desistimiento

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
