In the body of the tables, the Amount of grain is given in dark faced figures, and the Value is on either side of these. Throughout the entire book, decimal points are omitted; to have put them all in, would have added half an inch or more to the width of the pages, and it is questionable if either the usefulness or the appearance of the book would have been improved, in any degree. By so doing.
For an illustration in using the tables, turn to price page 63. At that price, 25 bushels of any kind of grain, at any weight per bushel, are worth see the dark faced figures in the Amount column about the middle of the left hand page, and the value in the next column to the right. 25 bus. And 10 lbs. Of wheat, or any grain or produce at 60 lbs. To the bushel, are worth see in the next column under the 10. 25 bus. And 20 lbs. Are worth see under the 20: and so on. The value of the pounds, of different kinds of grain, is given to the left of the same dark faced figures. 25 lbs. Of shelled corn, flax or rye are worth 28 cts.; 25 lbs. Of ear corn, at 70 lbs. To the bushel, are worth 22 cts.; 25 lbs. Of ear corn, at 72 lbs. To the bushel, are also worth 22 cts.; 25 lbs., at 75 lbs. To the bushel, are worth 21 cts. 25 lbs. Of barley, see in the column headed 48, are worth 33 cts.; and so on. The 75 and 80 lb. Columns, for amounts above 50 lbs., are continued in below the columns headed Pounds on the opposite page, there not being room to set thefigures in their proper places at the top of the page. In these places, the value is given at the left of the dark faced figures to preserve uniformity in the arrangement of the tables. For those who split on the fives in the weighing of wheat, the values are given in the lower left hand corners of the pages; but ordinarily these figures-need not be used as the value can be approximated easily in the tens columns.
To find the value of the pounds of ear corn, when bought at 68 lbs. To the bushel, take the value given in the 34 column for one half of the amount. To find the value of pounds of oats, when bought at 35 or 36 lbs., take the value in the 70 or 72 column for twice the amount.

Derecho al desistimiento

El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a Buchpark, Trebbin, Germany, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
