Information systems can continue producing data while failing to provide the clarity required for decisions.
And when formal governance becomes too slow, unclear, or disconnected from operational reality, control does not simply disappear.

Informal governance begins to emerge through relationships, influence, experience, access, and necessity. Decisions are still made, but potentially outside the structures designed to govern them.
The question therefore becomes not whether an organization possesses a governance framework, but whether its governance can preserve control, clarity, accountability, and continuity when the environment places that framework under stress.
GOVERNANCE UNDER PRESSURE examines decision rights, escalation architecture, accountability, information flows, informal power structures, executive judgment, and decision velocity as interconnected components of a governance system. It also considers one of the most important distinctions in organizational design: the difference between governance designed for stability and governance designed to withstand pressure.
The Third Edition includes practical frameworks for examining these questions, including a Governance Under Pressure Diagnostic, a Decision Rights & Escalation Mapping Framework, and a Pressure-Tested Governance Model.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.
Should your order arrive damaged, not as advertised or faulty, we must be advised of this within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us so we can find the best solution for you.

Efectos del desistimiento

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
