Gospel: Different Accounts, One Message. Este artículo no está disponible.Gospel: Different Accounts, One Message

While many books explore the Gospel, few tackle so directly and thoroughly the foundational question: Why are there four accounts instead of one? This book doesn't just accept the presence of the four books―it explains why they matter.

"Legend has it that St Thomas Aquinas said, 'hominem unius libri timeo' ('I fear the person of a single book'). The authors show that expounding our faith through a plurality of accounts and images has profound roots in the Old Testament….This delight in the richness of plural visions―propelling us towards transcendent and radiant truths―is a special gift at a time when society and even the Church are sundered by divisions and even polarization."
―from the foreword by Cardinal Timothy Radcliffe, OP

"This book is not simply to be read and then put aside. Read it, read it with others, reflect and pray over the contents of each chapter, answer the questions personally and in a group…. The beauty and depth of the Word is an unlimited wealth and will unfold as you continue to ponder, reflect, and discuss.”
―from the foreword by Cardinal Stephen Brislin, archbishop of Johannesburg
