This book provides valuable insight and actionable insights that will help you grow in your faith and life! So grateful for Eric putting his wisdom to paper for all of us to be blessed! Rusty George, Pastor of Church360, Author of Friend of God I often say, “you can’t make old friends.” I have had the delight of having Eric as a good friend for well over 30 years. I also had the privilege of being his pastor during a portion of that time. In his book “God’s Promises for Human Emotions” Eric does a stellar job of providing biblical resources and applying them practically to life situations. He draws from a wealth of experiences, both successes and failures, that give him prudent insights that provide practical help. Emotions are not right or wrong. They are either real or not real. Eric deals with the reality of a full gamut of emotions and gives the reader step-by-step procedures to aid in the processing of those feelings. Whether trial, tragedy or triumph, this book provides key lessons, applications and daily affirmations to help the reader connect God’s promises with their emotions always leaving the reader with Scriptural truth, better understanding and vibrant hope. May the Good Lord richly bless you as you read, reflect upon and apply the lessons from this book. Dr. Toby Snowden High Pointe Baptist Church Pastor Dallas Baptist University Adjunct Professor
