“The Girl Power Program is a wonderful inspirational program for girls, teenagers and young women.  I have been a Girl Power Instructor for three years and I am honored to be part of it! This program focuses on teaching with a loving heart many life fundamentals such as how to be a good friend, how to be independent and how to make healthy choices. A few of the foundational principles being taught include honesty, trustworthiness, and respect for oneself and others. There are many different activities in the program that are designed to build self-esteem and confidence including arts and crafts, physical fitness, games, and motivational encouragement.
