Before, you carried the weight of the world. Now, you?re ready to clear the noise and hear your true voice. Get Quiet lights the path. For decades as a Master Life Coach, Elaine Glass has watched the same heartbreak play out in women's lives again and again: you work and work toward something, finally reach it, and realize somewhere along the way that you don't even want it anymore. Not because you did anything wrong, but because somewhere in all that striving, the life you built stopped feeling like yours. If that sounds familiar, this book is for you. Not because something is broken in you, but because you've spent so long giving yourself away that your own voice has become hard to hear underneath it all.Get Quiet is Elaine's heartfelt guide through The Get Quiet Way, an eight-path transformational journey she found walking a real labyrinth at a turning point in her own life. This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering the powerful part of you that's been there all along, patiently waiting for you to come home to it.Inside, you will:· Quiet the noise your mind mistook for truth, and gently uncover what's underneath it.· Learn The Nemus Code?, Elaine's own gentle healing practice, woven from the same eight places in the body the labyrinth walk moves you through.· Arrive at your own still center, where everything softens, and real clarity finally has room to breathe.· Clear the noise to hear what?s been speaking to you all along: The quiet, steady voice of God.· Carry what you find back out into your everyday life, so this becomes more than something you read once. It's never too late to begin. Elaine shares the story of a dear friend who found real quiet for the first time in her mid-90s, and how it changed everything that remained of her life. Wherever you are, whatever your age or season, this path is still yours to walk.…

"This book has the power to connect you with your soul and transform your life."
— Kristen Butler, founder of Power of Positivity
We're living in frenetic times. Amid the busyness and complexity, you may also feel directionless and overwhelmed. Maybe you know there’s more to life, but you have no idea what that "more" is. Maybe you sense there's a message you need to hear, but the noise of everyday life is drowning it out.
Get Quiet is your guide to turn down the volume and tune in to the voice of your soul.
In these pages, coach and healer Elaine Glass invites you to walk with her on the Get Quiet Way—a practice of healing and transformation inspired by the classical form of the labyrinth. You’ll follow seven circuits of reflection and discovery, each engaging an energy point on the body to awaken its particular power, until you reach a still point at the center—a sacred space where you can connect deeply with the truth of who you are. Finally, you'll step back into the world feeling stronger and clearer, more at peace, and open to new possibilities for a life of purpose and joy.
"A timely antidote to the overwhelm that so many of us are feeling. Just as healthy foods are the right medicine for your body, Get Quiet is the right medicine for your soul."
— Mark Hyman, M.D., author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Young Forever
