Acerca del autor: Roger has been a bowler since age 9, a league bowler since 1971 (and league president 15 times and league secretary once), a bowling coach for over 20 years, and youth bowling coach and youth program coordinator for 16 years. He has held six certifications as a bowling coach, including USBC Silver and USBC Master Coach Instructor. He taught the USBC Youth bowling coaches’ seminars throughout the state of Colorado and hopes that the hundreds of coaches who have attended his seminars are continuing to make a positive contribution to youth bowling programs. Roger’s other contributions to bowling include serving on the Colorado YABA Board of Directors, writing and editing a bowling center newsletter for 16 years, writing a bowling tips column for 16 years, and writing a column for the state bowling newspaper for seven years. In 2007, the Bowling Proprietors’ Association of America awarded Roger Volunteer of the Year honors.
